    I am trying to find out the year my S&W Springfield 32s Double Action Revolver was manufactured. It has a 2-3 inch barrel. 5 shot revolver. Serial number on butt and revolver read ss# 294861. If any one can help me I would sure appreciate it.

    I have a s&w springfield double action 32s revolver. 5 shot, 2-3 inch barrel length. s# 294861 found on the butt of the gun and on the spindle. Can you help me find the year it was made and manufacturer? thanks,Tim
