Well, if everyone would stop buying from them ... maybe they would finally figure out what they are doing wrong ... and FIX it !
Nothing special on there website that you can't buy from another company.
Seems strange how you can order items from so many various internet retailers, and many will ship the very next day, but in the case of Palmetto State Armory, it seems like 2-3 weeks is the norm.
What is it so many of these other retailers are doing correctly to get orders out quickly, that...
And that's why I gave my front sight a good hit with a block of wood and a big hammer to straighten it out.
The front sight block assembly is now completely straight, resulting in a centered front sight post when the gun is zero'd
Mikee QUOTE: ... "Why wouldn't one need to fix a canted front sight? I would think that would royally screw up your windage at different distances"

Well, If your front sight block is canted off to the left of centerline, all that's needed is to reposition the...
At the time I was there, there were no other customers in the store, but the lady that weighed the AK asked me if it was a "Machine Gun" ... I told her it only shoots 1 bullet at a time and only as fast as you can pull the trigger. :)
Then she tells me it looks like "one of those guns that...
Zastava O-PAP Review
Overview: Just thought I might give everyone here that may be interested in buying an AK 47 variant some info on my latest purchase. The gun is a Zastava (Serbian) M70 O-PAP that I have had now for about 3 months.

The 30 round magazines for these AKs are pretty long, so I need a shooting rest that will go up high...
I just want to thank everyone here for all there input.
For just going to the range and playing around with this AKM ... I think I will just look to buy the cheapest 7.62 x 39 I can find and forget about reloading the cheap steel cases.
I just hope it gets cheaper that .25 cents per round...
Thanks for all the replies ...
I am still happily reloading .45 ACP for my Colt Gold Cup, but for this Serbian 'Zastava Arms' M70, I am just going to look for the cheapest 7.62 I can find that's non-corrosive and not worry about saving the cheap steel 'Soviet Bloc' cases. :D
.
Thanks everyone for the info you have given me.
Just like all other ammo, that 7.62 East European steel ammo went way way up in price after the latest school shooting.
It does seem like now most ammo has slowly gone down in price a little. Give it a little more time, and hopefully ammo...
