I recently bought a pioneer model 26 .22 rifle for 20 bucks because it was missing the bolt. Well got home and found the bolts ae 70-120 each. Ordered a savage model 5b bolt on gunbroker and it doesnt go in all the way. May just be some fitting issues but anyone know the history of these rifles...

I have seen too many videos where personal defense shootings involve more than 5 or 6 rounds and prefer to carry 10 +1 with a 15 round backup magazine. I guess so. I guess I can keep it and just deal with the trigger.

I am looking for a new running buddy. My current gun is a Kel tec p11 inside a belly band. It has served me well but I am wondering if there is another option out there that has a better trigger. Any ideas? The Kel tec weighs 22 oz loaded.
