I went with a Lee Classic Cast Turret Press instead of a single stage press. I can load in single stage mode or use as a turret with or without the auto indexing. If you don't want a progressive or are looking at a single stage, a turret press is probably a much better option.

Have two PSA uppers both shoot very well. One a chrome lined mil spec premium upper $399 with FN barrel the other the economy $289 upper both came with BCG and CH were on sale. Accuracy on both really depends on ammo neither are free floated and I"m getting 1" with handloads. Factory ammo tends...
Really?! I'm not going to go as far as saying this is one of the tallest tales I've heard in a while but M855 doesn't do 1/2MOA all day long and I'd love it if it did. Would save me a lot of time at the reloading bench.
What is the use for the rifle? Semi-auto's are for action shooting sports...
+1 very happy with the Competition Electronics ProChrono Digital Chronograph. Keep good 9V batteries in them and they work without any issues on normal and moly bullets.
The rifle: DPMS TAC2 1-9twist (verified) 16" bbl, chrome lined, 5.56 chamber, rifle gas system. It's a nice rifle and functions fine. This is a friend of mines rifle who is getting back into shooting after a hiatus.
Some interesting results from helping him zero and test some loads in it...
If you want an adjustable trigger I made a number of them with small pointed allen screws picked up at ace hardware, my drill press, and a tap for under $6. Take a look at the huber trigger and think along those same lines. I couldn't spend $100 for a trigger on a $100 rifle. Make sure you use...

Since this subject has been covered so well. Let me add one more tip that might also help. Be sure you have your Full Length Die set up properly to actually do it's job. I made the mistake of making 100 rounds set up incorrectly and still jammed my rifle with two rounds that were just too tight...
Have the Cabela's media separator. It was purchased as a kit with my tumbler on sale. I recall both were $65 a few years ago. Never had to empty brass one by one so I spoiled myself from the beginning in this area.
