Do realize that you are not only making money on the range fees, but also on ammunition sales, gun sales, target sales (very high margins), concealed handgun classes (very high margins), etc. All of that does add up. Too many variables in prices due to geographical differences in regulations...

I would stay away from leasing a building with a gun range. Too much capital improvements that stays with the building that can be lost to the leasor.

Due to the sheer difficulty in finding ammo and the expense, people with NFA stuff around me have pretty much stopped shooting unless Uncle Bailout is funding them. People aren't as liberal about dumping 300 rds. of 45 acp as of a few years ago.
