I have a potential mount,,{whitetail deer} can't get to the processor for another day,,what do I need to do for it? anything? buddy says if it starts losing hair it can't be mounted??

first I've heard of an Arsenal or Norinco AR??? both companies make the AK style rifle.

check it by hand,,unloaded of course,,see if it happens to need the slide all the way to the rear or if it will cock with only half the travel,,see if you can duplicate the issue,, and then disassemble and inspect for foreign material, could be an easy fix.

If it's what ya got by all means take it,,if ya enjoy the hunt then you might look into a light side by side, it will give you the second shot far quicker than the levergun.
