I have hit the lands on my Remington M700 ADL .30-06 just fine, lucky I guess. I seat my Hornady SST's at 3.350 and the chamber measured 3.422

I, too have one on a .30-06. Several hundred shots and many adjustments, and it has stayed and tracked true. Good scope for the money. As long as you remember it’s a sub-$100 scope I bet you will be impressed.
