    Glock 23 ammo suggestions????

    I just picked up a Glock 23 from a buddy of mine that hasnt even been fired.... BTW I got it for $375, with 2 10 round clips. I felt like that was a steal.... Anyway, to my orginal question, what ammo would you guys recommend for this gun? Range and defense???? Do any of you guys carry this...
