Im looking for suggestions on what type of holster I should get for my 23. Please make any suggestions, pics would be nice too. Thanks

Depends what you need it for?

CCW, on duty, competition...also leather, Kydex, etc...?

I have a Galco Cop Slide for my Glock 35 and it's nice. Outside the waistband holster with a retaining button.

+1 to CountGlockula.

It'll all vary depending on the use. Since it's a G23 I'm assuming concealed carry? Decide what material holster you want, either kydex or leather (no nylon).

Leather IWB:
- Milt Sparks VM2, Summer Special II

Leather OWB:
- Milt Sparks 60TK, MS 55BN
- Alessi CQC-S

Kydex IWB
- Comp-tac C.T.A.C

Kydex OWB
- Comp-tac beltslide, Blade tech beltslide KYDEX (none of that inj. mold. crap), side armor, or Ready Tactical.

I have a CTAC and like it. If you get the slide model it will fit all 9mm/.40 glocks. I can switch between a g26 and g23 without changing holsters which is kind of nice.
I'd recommend getting standard clips if you go with one of those. I got one with c-clips for the springfield and the clips liked to slip behind my belt, especially if you drop trou in the bathroom. It stays put with the standard clips.
Make sure you get a good gunbelt too. I got both holsters and my belt from Gunner's Alley, they have good prices and quick shipping in my experiences with them (2 days to get the holsters, about a week for the belt).

you might want to be a little more specific on what your going to use it for conceal carry, range only,etc...
