Uh, how far removed from reality is it? I don't know about anyone other than a republican being trustworthy...but the republicans themselves are demonstrably not so.

The biggest downside is in asking for and receiving a permit to exercise a fundamental right. It's demeaning, humiliating and an affront to basic human rights...and by applying for and accepting the permit, we're complicit. That makes us a laughing stock to the tyrants.

Depends where you go. If you leave, and add to the concentration of pro gun/pro liberty numbers in another state that isn't such a lost cause...perhaps you ultimately strengthen RKBA.
