I don't know about anyone other than a republican being trustworthy...but the republicans themselves are demonstrably not so.
The biggest downside is in asking for and receiving a permit to exercise a fundamental right.
It's demeaning, humiliating and an affront to basic human rights...and by applying for and accepting the permit, we're complicit.
That makes us a laughing stock to the tyrants.

I'm of the mind that what drugs someone uses or what guns they own aren't anyone's business but theirs.
