I was thinking about this gun. I know it uses the inertia system. I have heard some say it doesn't handle 12 gauge light loads well. Does anyone have any experience with this and say 1.oz loads? I was also looking at the beretta 3801.

I dont know about you but I dont get threatening phone calls often and if I did I am darn sure I would take it seriously. Im sure his buddy was running his mouth back to him.

You guys should have been nowhere near there. The first rule of self-defense is to keep yourself out of situations where you may have to defend yourself by force. In this case you had plenty of opportunity.

I dont know about 10 gauge but I would think you would be able to find something made by Hevi-Shot or the like.

Anything by Franchi is a solid shotgun.

Its a great gun. I really thought about buying one.

I say find a good gunsmith and have him look the gun over and fix whatever is wrong with it. But do get it fixed. L.C. Smith's are great guns.
