Will black powder guns be controlled?

Here in Canada all BP replica guns have to be registered. Only original antique doesn’t have to be in the system.

    Sig P210-2

I paid 2350 CAD. This is my second 210. First one is –1 deluxe version of public issue with golden plated trigger, slide stop, and hammer. Glass like finish and rose wood grips has factory safety extension built into and adjustable trigger stop. If you do your part it shoots like a laser. The...

    Sig P210-2

I acquired a SIG P210-2 with serial number prefixed with ‘A’ and in range 180800. This is an army issued firearm according to prefix and later on being privatized. Does anyone know approximate year of manufacture for this gun or where to dig for more info. Thanks

Presentation Box Colt 1851 & my #1 post.

I took my box to the gun show last weekend, just to get first hand feedback and be able to talk to the people about price. It pays off at the end because I sold my box for $200. I think that was fair price for custom box like this not extremely expensive for the quality built in. Any ways, I...

    Pietta wedge?

Plastic, wood, brass. All will work equally well. When you putting it back you use your finger to push it in as far as it will go. Then use the same tool to tap it in little by little until you are satisfied with gap between barrel and cylinder.

    Pietta wedge?

I am confused. After every trip to the range where I shoot 20-30 rounds in my 1851 Pietta the wedge seam to sit deeper and deeper afterwards. This revolver was brand new purchase and so far I made maybe 10 outings with her. Wedge sits so close to the screw now, and I thing it will lose its...

Presentation Box Colt 1851 & my #1 post.

Dividers are glued to the bottom of the box as they are made from same wood as the rest of the box. That way you get really sturdy dividers. Than you lay felt at the bottom, and after that you tailor wraps around each divider and glue them. I find this most time consuming part in entire project...

THANKS for encouraging feedback so far guys. I will try to answer all your questions and concerns sometimes next week. Pretty busy this weekend. This was purely labor of love, and to be honest with you I never gave much thought putting a price tag on box like this. Stay tuned. Happy shooting...
