I'm sad.. I'm losing my state little by little. Pretty soon it will have no immigration checkpoints and the state will be taking care of 6-8 illegal families in it. I'm slowly loving my new state Kentucky almost daily. But darn, I hate what's happening in Texas. All that Texas pride we have is...
Texas... Why you ask, we have our own power grid and lots of oil to convert into plastic and we happen to be pretty gun friendly. But, bring your own water as we're in a bit of a drought. (We wouldn't be if everyone would quit running their sprinkler systems 24/7 in the metro areas.

Won't matter how many bullets DHS buys.... They will need mags for them. And as of today, PMAGs are in stock at CTD for... Get this, you ready!
$99.00 for a thirty round PMAG!
If the value of PMAGs keeps going up when it's time to pay the tax man, I'll just send a couple of PMAGs to the IRS...
Guys my eyes are getting weaker as I turn 40. Just for kicks I'm going to try out a Nikon pro staff 3-9 x 50 on my 10-22. I need to mount this scope pretty high (i think). Can you suggest a scope ring setup? I'd like to go detachable so I can throw an Aimpoint T-1 on it when not using the scope...
Possible AWBs are a lot like Herpes.... They pop up when you least expect them to. Staying proactive and (protected) will greatly reduce the chance of infection. Stay vigilant.
Just like I research before hand what car I want before I go to the dealership. I do my firearm research before hand as well. Then I just say "that one please" and purchase and simply leave. I don't rely on them to give me advice.
Just read this post. I was thinking the same thing last night. Let all gun manufactures move to Texas. We've got our own electric grid, shipping out of the gulf, we have oil and gas and lots of tax incentives to bring new job to our state. Would be a boom to our economy and create more jobs...
So is there a limit at Wally World on rocket launchers. Limit five per customer? I've personally never seen them but sign me up! Probably make for some great coyote hunting. I just hope I don't have to pay for a $200 tax stamp for it.
You're right sir. Learning the skills of reloading is not only cheaper, it is a very satisfying activity. Shooting then takes on a whole new dynamic when you roll your own. I've reloaded in the past and it was not only knowledgable but very exciting to test different components and actually see...
Well Deputy Barney Fife only carried one bullet.... In his pocket, and Mayberry never had any problems. Then again Barney never had gangs, rapiests, and crack heads, drug dealers or career criminals in Mayberry. I think Opie stole some candy one time though....
In other words, I call B.S. on...
It's pretty bad when in the past we would thought we were doing well off if we had a new car, new motorcycle or a new house.
Now you can tell who is doing well off..... They are the ones at the gun range with a bag of bullets. Penny rich and bullet poor. :banghead:
Probably does no good now but I happened to be in DFW this morning and they were loaded with Israeli made Independence 5.56 at Bass Pro for right at $10 bucks a box of 20 (limit 10 per person). But the minute I found it, everyone around me got on their cell phones and called their buds. The...
