I've owned one for several years. I have not taken a deer with it, but I've shot it in practice quite a few times. I have no issues or complaints.

I don't know how long ago that Traditions came out with the improved PA Pellet ultralight model, but it makes me want to try one.
Whether people are talking about the old or new model. most of the guys on the HuntingPA forum seem to love them.--->>> https://www.huntingpa.com/forums/48-traditional-forum/132907-traditions-pa-pellet-accelerator.html
Removable breech plug and a fast 1 in 28" twist would seem to make it a really modern hunting flintlock for shooting sabots or conicals.
Even most of the videos that I've seen of the older models showed that they had very fast ignitions, and they only could have gotten better with the improvements
The nitride ultralight Chromoly barrel is another big plus.--->>> https://www.traditionsfirearms.com/category/PA-Pellet-Ultralight
