Anyone know anything about these bullets?

Googlefoo, and translate suggests these are RWS made.
D-Mantel, D-coate, D-sheath, are all other terms I pulled up. Basically double jacketed, with the silver being very mild steel.
If that guess is right, than these are from the 2nd quarter of the 1900s, tho I didn't dig deep enough to find out production dates.
Again from reading translated forum posts, sounds like these were very soft and tended to cause significant wounding, but possibly little penetration.

This thread directly mentions the 5.6x52r

RWS Currently produces a bullet called the H-mantel, but it doesn't appear to have the same construction.
