What kind of interesting old ammo do you have?

Old box of Peters "38 Colt Automatic" ammunition. I only know it's old. I've not been able to find any information as to when Peters ammo came in boxes like this. If anybody has any information as to what era Peters used this style of packaging, I'd appreciate your input.

I just picked up a box of KW-era Carbine ammo (only $20--nice).
Was sore tempted by some boxes of Dummy ammo in .30-06,Carbine and .45acp--but, the prices were much too fair, which made them a bit more dear than I was keen to part with. Such is life.

As a rookie collector I'm fairly lusting after most of the cartridges you guys have pictured! Its hard for me not to put a "Like" on every post!

I've got some black powder balloon head 45 Colt and 45-70 ammo. Some black powder 44-40 and 44 Russian ammo. Some older rimfire ammo in the larger caliber ranges. I've got some 9mm and 45 ACP dated in the teens. Some of the more interesting ammo I have is some 39mm anti-tank cartridges dated 1916 and 1917. A few of these have some interesting projectiles! I have a box of Bi-Centinal 30-30 ammo. Some steel cased 45 ACP from the early 40's.

I bet dropping a handful of these could be exciting.

Ah.....I love the Vis.....all 3 of mine, and the "Eagle" I left overseas.
