Reading through many of the posts here I'm reminded of a guy I use to work with.
Doug would always brag he was the best at everything.
Fishing from the bank with a cane pole he would always piss off those guys in their 60k bass boats by catching more fish than them.
Nobody wanted to go pheasant hunting with him cause he always shot all the birds.
At the trap range he always pissed off those guys with their fancy expensive shotguns because he always shot 25 out of 25 with his Remington pump.
At the target range folks were always jealous of the 25 yard groups he shot with his Hi-point.
Funny thing is whenever I or my fellow workers would invite him along for one of those endeavors he could never make it.
At my age the only thing I brag about is being able to see the target at 25 yards.
