The oak pad should have been about perfect. But the "dead people ammo" thread got my attention. I tried to find it by looking at your post but didn't see it. Can you post a link? I did find your SD9VE broke a guide rod thread. I have an SW9VE that has been perfect so far. I mat need to get a Glock Guide rod for a spare. I have read S&W will send you a free one if you ask. But I saw a Glock brand was $7.75 so no big deal. And yes I like my 9VE. Its been my truck gun for several years now.

And welcome to the world of 32 caliber guns. If you get the chance and have the scratch look at buying a Ruger single six, either a used 32 mag or one of the newer 327 seven shot guns. Of all the 32s I own my two 32 mags with 5.5" barrels and adjustable sights are my favorites. I don't care for the 327 mainly because I rarely load full power 32 mags and when I do a full power 32 mag does all I want with a 32 but they are fun guns and the 32 mag packs a punch.

I have a Dan Wesson ‘kit’ in 32 H&R Magnum,,,,with three barrels...finest revolver, I’ve ever shot,,, extremely accurate.

Yep, definitely slow today. I'd better not bid on anything on GunBroker, or I will wind up with another "bargain" that has a cracked frame or a bulged barrel. (Or both!) Thanks, bannockburn.

OK I remember reading that thread. You will be happy to know I just broke my Impact Bullet Puller. That brings me up to two. No where near your record of 8 pullers wrecked. Like I said, you da man. My puller didn't actually break but the big nut on the top split in half and went flying across the room. I will call Midway tomorrow and see if I can just buy the nut. If not I will order a new puller. Thats a good tool to have on hand for the occasional screw up.
