For some reason the Pic isnt working but I dont know how to delete the post. Anyway I have Taurus 905B. Stays in my nightstand ready to go with Federal Hydrashock Ammo.

Here it is. Mr. Twelve Guage. Also there's a .45 on me at all times, or on the bed stand. Next to Mr. Twelve Guage is my backup "House Gun."

Bold face doesn't help win arguments, boyo. The .30'06 is perfectly fine for home defense, and actually poses FEWER overpentration problems if properly loaded with a hypervelocity, light SP bullet. Just like the .223 SP, such rounds will penetrate no more or even less than typical handgun bullets or shot.

The rifle also makes it more likely you will hit, and more likely you'll get the job done with fewer rounds.

When I get home I'll try to get you a pic of my Remington 870 Marine Magnum with the speed-feed pistolgrip shoulder stock, factory 3 shot mag extension, and the 5 shot side saddle... SWEET gun...

My trio: a Baer TRS, an Ithaca M37 w/interuptor, and my "CAR-94" (Cowboy Assault Rifle,) a Winchester Trapper in .45 Colt with a Giles single point sling and Williams peep sight w/o apperture (which makes for a nifty mini-ghost ring sight.)

The TRS gets Federal 200 gr. EFJM, the Ithaca gets Federal Low Recoil slugs, and the Trapper gets Blazer 200 gr. HP.

These two longer barreled ones, plus the odd pistol or revolver(or two or more) located in each room makes for a safer environment in my home
