Also, don't forget to exercise calm breathing. When you begin to get short of breath, try to relax your posture and breath slowly and deliberately. In a lot of situations when the adrenaline starts flowing or you start to get nervous, controlled breathing helps regulate blood flow and bring you back down a notch.
