Do you have experience with cleaning a variety of handguns? Some guns you just cannot rely on the Numerich diagram.
Do you have someone that you can rely on for help is you are unsure of a particular firearm before proceeding?
Are you willing to taking in really...
I will pull into the parking lot of a business (if allowed) and call the police about an aggressive panhandler at the intersection. I will wait for the police to show up and point out the panhandler. I will repeat the call if I see the panhandler there again.
Did anyone care to think that maybe the Ammunitiontogo.com replacement cost have gone through the roof. Vendors selling to Walmart are OBLIGATED to sell x quantities at x prices. Ammunitiontogo.com probably does not have the negotiating power as Walmart.
The election was November 4, 2008. A lot of stuff that was backordered since then have been slowly coming in.
I'm talking about long established models.
Anyone notice the decline in the quality control of firearms and especially ammunition in the post election era?
Last week, a couple with 3 brand X revolvers (serial numbers not too far apart) could not fire more then one round as the cylinder was not machined to spec. The cylinder would...
First of all, I feel that it is rude for someone to butt into someone's negotiations, once the parties cannot get into an agreement and leave, that is when I feel its appropriate.
Next, I believe that such revolver is not worth the $1,000 to $1,200 as posted by the original poster, but rather...
Supposedly only 1,848 G Series Fals are exempt from the provisions of the NFA. If the FAL does not have the following serial numbers in the referenced link, then the rifle is not legal.

It is not greed. Try running a business with a significant liability, overhead, cost of good sold, and competition. Then come back and call them greedy.
Government agencies around here charge a 3-5% convenience fee for use of a debit card/credit card. Several different retailers (liquor...
Do realize that you are not only making money on the range fees, but also on ammunition sales, gun sales, target sales (very high margins), concealed handgun classes (very high margins), etc. All of that does add up.
Too many variables in prices due to geographical differences in regulations...
Due to the sheer difficulty in finding ammo and the expense, people with NFA stuff around me have pretty much stopped shooting unless Uncle Bailout is funding them. People aren't as liberal about dumping 300 rds. of 45 acp as of a few years ago.
I lot of those rifles behind those shelves are NFA firearms. Not a lot of people will have that kind of money to dump on those firearms right now (the M60 goes for over $30,000 full auto). The report does seem a little skewed that people a buying machineguns left and right.
Possible scenarios:
1. Individual placed a special order (with a deposit) with the FFL. When the time came to pay up, individual did not have money and lost the deposit.
2. Individual placed rifles on layaway and did not finish paying it off in time.
3. Individual placed an order...

That sounds about reasonable for that rifle. Try finding someone competent enough to install a paddle mag release on a HK rifle and get it back to you within 6 months.
Also NIB SP89s are kind of hard to find.
