I sure hope SCOTUS takes an AWB + high capacity magazine case as their next case before any other 2nd Amendment case.

A lot of people are saying that the extra rounds when he was running away are unjustified. However, due to adrenaline, reaction, etc, and such sometimes people keep firing.

I don't recall hearing this term in any recent cases.
In this particular case the new standard is you must take a class to obtain a permit to purchase along with a background check. I don't agree with needing to take a class to obtain a permit to purchase.
Wonder if this will stand...

Although under the Lautenberg Amendment didn't SCOTUS rule that you could lose your 2nd Amendment rights over a misdemeanor Domestic conviction...
I'm going to to with the belief that SCOTUS will eventually accept an Assault Weapons and High Capacity Magazine case and rule that both are protected under the 2nd Amendment.
That won't stop anti-gunners from continuing to try to ban them.

So, even though SCOTUS ruled that you cannot force someone to show proper cause to receive a permit to carry they never ruled on "good moral character" or "suitability to have a permit".
