Hello, I was given a box of Rainier Plated 125gr Flat noise. Anyone got a "mid-level" load using W231 for the 38 Special? To get about 700 -800 Fps would 4.2gr of w231 be about right ?? What has worked best for you for a GOOD target load? A big thanks for your help.
