As mentioned, depends on the state. My understanding of IN law is that it is merely a trespassing violation and they ask you to leave, if you refuse to leave you can then be arrested for trespass....but IANAL and I'm also not an IN resident.

I started with what I had, a P220 Sig and then some lower back problems forced a change. I now alternate a J-frame and a CW9, with extra ammo in strip or extra mag respectively. Of course, this is only when I'm in surrounding states where I can carry to begin with.
