    Thoughts on Ruger LC9s

It will be interesting to see what Ruger does with a new model since they are obviously discontinuing the LC9S. (If they even continue with a new model). My guess it will be nothing more than a larger LCPll. I have advocated that they redesign the gun for years. They need to shorten it up, like...

    Thoughts on Ruger LC9s

I believe I posted about this, sorry but will post some thought again. I have owned the Ruger's (LC9 and LC9S) since both first came out and they were my carry guns for years. My Brother in Utah now owns the original. I still have the LC9S. I shoot often, belong to a club and shoot each week...

Pellet rifle suggestion for squirrel control

I have been a Air Rifle enthusiast for years. I own quite a few of really nice German/English Air Rifles, all custom tuned. I also own a number of Co2's. I am a "Springer" shooter. Love them, understand them. I have shot squirrels over the years, although I hate it. (and ever since a Youth have...

    RWS Diana ?

Vortek kits perform magnificently I own a number of nice quality Springers, all custom tuned by Professionals. My R7 was originally tuned by one of the best tuners in the AG field. He used a Macarri spring from Airrifleheadquarters. Yes these are nice quality springs and the tuner did a...

    RWS Diana ?

Forget the gas conversion Do yourself a favor and get a Vortek kit. Tom Gore makes wonderful products and they are self installed. Did wonders for my R7. His kits take out the harshness, make cocking easier etc.

Adut airguns What a shame more folks just do not really know what airguns are all about. From the Olympics to hunting deer to just fun plinkings, airguns are a very adult sport. The AR platform mentioned above is hardly a bb gun. It would be a very nice hunter for small game, a great way to...

Be careful thought this sport is addicting. You can now train with a lot of fun and very cheap compared to powder ammo. http://www.pyramydair.com/s/m/Crosman_MAR177_AR_15_Upper_PCP_Conversion_Kit/2703

New Improved Remington .22 'bulk' ammo

440 rds of Remington Golds with zero malfunctions. However, I was shooting a Ruger SR22 which eats any ammo I have put through it. Now close to 4000 rds with less than 5 failures. Yes, some of the failures were with the old Rem golds sticking. But like I said the last two boxs of the new Rem...

New Improved Remington .22 'bulk' ammo

I contacted Remington today. They said they have pulling off the shelves the 550 bulk pak. They now sell the "New and Improved" ammo with the new box. They said they completely revamped the manufacturing process, and using a new mix of powder and primers. I have shot the new and they work great...

New Improved Remington .22 'bulk' ammo

If you had 25% failures then it is your gun not If you had 25% failures then it is your gun not the ammo. I have a Ruger 22srp and have shot about a thousand rds. of Goldens with about a 1% failure. My Bersa has less failures with Goldens than it does with CCi minimags.

New Improved Remington .22 'bulk' ammo

It seems any ammo is contingent on the gun that shoots it. I love REMINGTON GOLDENS! I have followed this ammo closely and a lot of guys love it as well. I have a Bersa that will only eat expensive ammo. I use to shoot mostly CCI MINI mags. Then someone recommended the Rem Golds. They worked...

New Improved Remington .22 'bulk' ammo

Wow! Remington Goldens are my favorite bulk ammo. I have a Bersa 22.cal that is a very finicky shooter. The gun chokes on any ammo that is not high Velocity. In fact it will not cycle anything else. One day I put some Rem Golds and Bingo. The gun ate them better than the CCI minimags. I find the...

    Ruger lcr22 or sr22?

I love the SR22! I have now shot the SR22 over 3,000 rds and do not think I have had more than 5 misfires which I have to attribute to just bad ammo. The gun eats any thing I have fed it. I have a Bersa that is a fine gun, but just does not hold up to the trouble free, reliable Ruger. I also...

Airguns for small game- This is a very popular sport and airguns are increasingly popular. You can even watch the Sportsmans channel for a show called "The American Airgunnner. In my state of Virginia they have recently passed legislation approving hunting of small game with airguns. They are...
