OK, what do I need to look for in a used BP pistol .44. I will mainly be looking for a used Uberti or Pietta 1858 Remington. I there any tell tale signs that I should look for? And for that type of pistol what would be a good price? Or am I just better off to buy one new? Big show tomorrow...

OK, FTF: Gun or Ammo? Myself and a friend have been shooting CCI Blazers at the range for sometime. He has a new 9mm, I have a new 380, we both experience about 3 or so FTF's, in about 2-300 rounds, if we run them through the mag again, they fire...Is that a "hard primer" or a firing pin...

At the range today, fired (2) clips, no problem. Then it started, bullet in chamber, pull the trigger, nothing. If you pull the trigger 5 - 6 times it will fire, but, the next one won't...Here is what I know: - shell was racked in the chamber - 2 shells or 7, won't work. - clear shell...

One of the guys that works the local Range told me that you don't want to shoot CCI Blazers (any caliber) because the aluminum case does not expand, like brass and when the bullet fires gases go to the back of the gun. This can damage those parts of the gun.... Hope I explained this right, any...
