I am 6'3" and weigh 260 lbs. My EDC for two years has been a CZ PCR in a SmartCarry - and IMHO it just cannot be beat for concealibility or of flexibility of carry.
I carry my Leatherman Surge with all the extra "bells and whistles" in this double sheath by Maxpedition. Not too cumbersome but it turns my surge and its many options into a real work center. Works for me.

I own both and shoot both frequently. IMHO there is very little difference between them - both are quite good! However,when I carry concealed my choice is always the XD........purely personal preference!
The simple and straightforward answer is NO! The +p designation means that the round is producing higher pressure and, over time, additional pressure produces additional wear on the handgun in question and, thus, less of a lifetime. Even on a quality handgun such as the CZ.
