I would like to ask, if the CZ75b will
eat +p ammo without reducing the max. ammo
count you can put through the gun.

Is there any official data?

Would it eat +p+ also?

Not to get confused, we are talking about the 9mm Para variant.

Thank you for your answers.

The CZ75B will certainly digest +P rounds. They are tested with Sellier and Bellot ammunition which is fairly warm compared to domestically produced standard pressure ammunition. They are designed to handle NATO rounds which is fairly hot. But there is no getting around the fact that the more hot rounds you use, the more you will reduce the life expenctancy.

Most any modern manufactured pistol will handle +p, although most manufacturers will also warn against +p+ since there is no standard by which to know what a +p+ loading acutally is.

But it will always be the case that the hotter the load, the more stress and hence wear your firearm will experience. No way around that. It may not be enough to cause any concerns over your lifetime, depending on just how much you actually shoot, but the wear will be more with hotter loads then with milder loads.

The simple and straightforward answer is NO! The +p designation means that the round is producing higher pressure and, over time, additional pressure produces additional wear on the handgun in question and, thus, less of a lifetime. Even on a quality handgun such as the CZ.

I think it's easy to overthink the degree to which you increase wear by using +P or +P+ ammunition. Especially in a gun like the CZ, which is a rugged pistol designed for a long service life with hot Czech ammunition. My PCR (alloy framed compact version) is still like new after a few thousand rounds, and probably a quarter or so of those were either +P or +P+. Ate them all like proverbial candy.
