Great shooting i also love the 1860.

Just today I got some goex spg lubed (very soft) bullets in the mail. The box had come open and there were about 25 loose in the package. Dissapointed at first they all looked fine after inspection so I loaded them up. If they made it ok I think you'll be fine. Good luck

Had the same problem with 357 xtps. I believe the expander plug is too big for the smaller jacketed bullets. Measure it and order a size or two smaller. Good luck

As long as you shoot from a rest keep it by all means. How well can you shoot it standing unsupported? I can do 5 inches at 100 yards with a scope from a rest, BUT i cant even get the cross hairs over the bullseye at 50 yards standing with a 2 power scope.

I too have a model 10 thats scary accurate. As in outshoots every modern gun i have lol. With all these modern improvements like ergonomics, lights, lazers, hi viz sights, rails, super ammo, etc we've improved all areas except one PERFORMANCE! There we're not as good as we were 100 years ago...
