After over six months of trying, I have finally found a S&W Shield in 9MM. :) It should arrive at my LGS on Monday. I have an LC9 that I have tried to learn to love, but just can't. The Shield will be my new carry gun. Selling the LC9 to help finance the purchase of the Shield :D
