The auto's i like most are
The Beretta 92fs - beacuse it's very reliable , and has always felt right in my hand . And imo it's probably the nicest looking auto
around . The only complaint i have on it is the trigger pull .
The Sig P226 - Reliable , nice trigger pull , and VERY accurate in...
Iam looking to get a range gun in 9mm , and i have heard that
Ruger auto's are pretty durable . I don't really like the p95 because of it's 3 inch barrel , i like longer barrels and fuller size auto's for some reason. I was just wondering if anyone has one of these "P89 " and could tell me how...
Does anyone by chance know how many fps this load goes
Speer 158 grain factory +P ? The other day i shot a relatives
S&W model 65 with this ammo and it seemed very snappy for
a 38 special . But it probably was the combo of a +P in a 3 inch barrel . Just curious how fast this ammo is . Thanks
I have always been under the impression that once you have
Personally checked the weapon , and not put it down then it's safe to work on the weapon . Plus you are not pointing the gun
at yourself on purpose , your installing a part .
I was thinking of getting a cheap 9mm for range use . And my Dad
is selling some of his gun collection , and has a some Tokarevs
a 30 caliber and a 9mm . I have ruled out the 30 because most ranges don't allow 30's indoors. But he has a 9mm and i was just wondering how durable these guns are ...
Personally i think it would of been a perfect gun for the military .
Not that theirs anything wrong with the Beretta 92 . But the Rugers just seem super durable , and reliable as well . Just was wondering what other people think about them ?
That is Very Good shooting .. if it was your first time ever .
Most people would have not even hit the center target on their first try that many times . Your probably a natural
Ruger 22/45
Purchased 2000
condition - used but very little
Rounds - appox 6,000
Has been a good gun for inexpensive target shooting.
The gun has failed to fire a few dozen times . But it is
probably due to the Remington ammo , i've heard
others mention the same problem.
All...
Iam thinking of getting a 9mm for a Range use . Abd being that FEG's are a good price iam considering the FEG HP copy . I already
have an FEG p9R but it's not the true hp copy , the Grips are too
big and it's Doble action / Single. I like the single action much better . If anyone has a PJK...
On the whole i don't find the 92fs is overated . I have found that they are Very reliable . Also imho about the nicest looking 9mm
around . I have never found the grip to be uncomfortable , i have
a feg p9R and that one to me has an uncomfortable grip. The only thing i will admit to not liking...
Iam not an expert by any means . But from everything i read over the years the Corbon 115 grn +P , Magsafe , and Glaser seem to be the most highly effective 9mm defense round .
i have never liked 40's , they are probably a very good defence
caliber . But for a great all around caliber they just seem imho
not to fun . They are loud about like a 357 , and the recoil is not
as smooth as the 45 acp , it's too jerky . Just my personal view.
I pretty much agree with the above statement . I have shot 9mm
corbons , Remington +P's and others , and they all seemed snappy. But these Hydra Shok PD rounds were about the weakest 9mm loads i've ever fired . I remember thinking how can a load that feels less than a standard 9mm target load ...
I have never owned a p226 , but i have shot them before and they are the most accurate pistol , i have ever shot . I was amazed at how accurate they were .
