    Favorite powder for a 9mm 124gr bullet?

For power and accuracy, there is the "big 3" Ramshot Silhouette Hodgdon HS-6 Winchester Autocomp There is probably nothing better for 124 grain bullets, if you want powder and accuracy. Of course, 40 powders will work just fine. But I would steer clear of titegroup. Probably the dirtiest...

Storing Reloads in an ammo can?

I think what works best is this: https://www.amazon.com/Nutri-Lock-Vacuum-Sealer-Commercial-FoodSaver/dp/B01LCKK6BY/ref=sr_1_9?crid=2WZOQ5VHCNLF9&keywords=vacuum+sealer+bags&qid=1578205059&sprefix=vac%2Caps%2C151&sr=8-9 vacuum seal ~300 per bag. Works fantastic

COAL for 124 gr. 9mm Hornady XTP

in all of my guns, the XTP will fail plunk test around 1.105 to 1.125 or so. No way any gun I have will take 1.150 or something like that with a FAT coned XTP. Stuck right away

    Favorite heavy 9mm projectiles

I used almost every brand. I think the best are the XTREME bullets 147 grain. Or the Precision Delta's.

    Is .355 interchangeable between 9mm and .380?

.356 is a standard caliber for 9MM. Very standard. Almost every bullet weight has option for that size, 115, 125, 147, etc I only buy .356 for it if its in stock. You can also shoot a 380 in a 9MM, one time, it wont cycle it. I have done it many times. I am still alive. Its like a total...

    Dillon Xl 750 questions

I like to bitch. Ya. I tend to bitch when I am sold something I am told will work, but doesn't, then lied to. The fact is, Dillon didn't even KNOW it didnt work until I told them. They did NOT EVEN TEST IT! haha that is how bad their quality inspection is. It is totally absurd. They...

    Dillon Xl 750 questions

Texas10MM, it won't work UNLESS you run a bullet seater/CRIMP die in 1 die. That is the ONLY way it can work. Because you have to put it in the next station, not the station it is intended....It cannot work, without a shadow of a doubt using powder check and a 4 die system as intended...

Reloaded 9mm Velocity Way Too High

Your load at 3.8 grains is just fine with that bullet. Clean off the chrono's sensors. Its not working. If you shoot a lot, you really don't need the chrony. You can judge by recoil what is harsh, what is light, compared to factory ammo, pretty easily. However, I would recommend you use...

Anyone use true blue and 115gr 9mm

Back in 2013 when there was the powder shortage..and you couldn't buy anything, anywhere....I put in an order for True Blue..it was like a unicorn. It took me OVER ONE YEAR to get a 8lb jug of it. Then after I got it and tested it...I realized is so close to Silhouette, I should have just...

Is it worth reloading 7.62x25 when you can get it for $0.35/rd?

I would say no, for many reasons. But the main reason is that 9 MM is the best pistol cartridge in the history of mankind, until laser guns are invented. LOL! Seriously..the main reason is the guns themselves...9MM and 45 have so many great framed guns that shoot great...and shooting is about...

How do you like 800-X powder in medium power straightwall handgun cartridges

800x is NUTS GREAT in 9mm. Check out my results. http://www.natoreloading.com/800x/ It was high velocity, accurate, and I ever did MAJOR @ 170 PF with it, and it ran great. I really like this powder. Really surprised me.

    Dillon Xl 750 questions

I have a 550B and a XL750. I don't like the 750. It has several issues. Its designed poorly if you ask me. It doesn't work seamless like the 550 does. 1) You cannot run a powder check system with a auto bullet feeder, like normal, as you can with the 650, because the powder bar is DIRECTLY...

Do Slight Variations In 9mm Weight Effect Accuracy?

The answer is "no" they don't. Variations in 50-100 FPS do not matter much at all at pistol ranges, using same bullet. Using different bullets, same everything else, the Point of impact can move dramatically.

    Dillon 750

I have a 750. I would not buy one if you already have a 650. Few reasons why. You cannot run a powder check and auto bullet feeder with 750 without sever modification to your setup, that you will have to do yourself. The powder bar is directly inline with the bullet feeder tube on the 750...

    Dillon Service

Posting pics of the 650 won't help this. The 750 is a "totally" new design. The pieces are nowhere near in the same place as the 650. And no, Texas10MM, it had nothing to do with my attitude, I was kind, no vulgar language. They were short, arrogant, and "know it all" immediately. Also...

    Dillon Service

Several people having issues with Dillon. You cannot run a powder check with auto Bullet feeder system from double alpha on it because the powder bar slams into the feeder tube. They know about this, but still they have nothing on their web site and are not doing anything about it, just...
