I got a 20th Century case neck lathe a few months ago. I am using it for 6.5 CM brass. My question is do i ever need to turn the necks a second time or am I good for the life of the brass?

I am trying to set up my MBF for .300 BLK. I have the balls in the lowest holes, and the bullets fall right through. I'm using Sierra 150 gr. Spire point flat base bullets. What am I doing wrong?
