So a few months ago aimsurplus had good deals on them, around $80 and I waited too long and now they're out. I went to a local gun store and they had some for that price and some for over $150. Is there anything I should look for when picking one out? Excessive wear, etc...thanks.

I want to paint the frame on my Ruger P95. What would I need to do to paint it? Never done anything like this before. Do I need to remove the paint that's on there now (if there even is), prime it first etc? And what kind of paint would I use?
