I got a 24" bull barrel from them on gunbroker about a month ago and its shooting dime size 5 shot groups. the upper has the key hole forgers mark. was told the barrel was made by a local machine shop out of a Shaw blank. wanted to see if anyone has any experience with them. they are called...
Just ordered a Thompson Encore in .223 with a 10.5" bull barrel. has anyone had one of these with this short of a bbl? is 10.5" long enough to get a good spin on the bullet to keep it accurate?
they said they replaced the slide and bbl the first time i sent it in. wouldnt that have solved the light stikes if it where the striker block or spacer. im hoping they jsut send me a whole new gun or at liest the entire slide with everything in it. Imnot sure if they did that last time. it may...
HA ya I know, but its because they build them so tight, I trust the 1911 platform. And they arent picky with ammo. I really didnt expect this out of Kahr.
I took it to the range today with a box of fed 230gr FMJs and a box a winchester 230 gr FMJ. first mag I loaded into the gun was 5 feds and used the slide stop to chamber the round and "click" failed to fire. pulled the slide back just enough to catch the firing pin back and it fired. second...
I got a new Kahr CW-45 about a month ago. I shot it a few times and it would fire about every 10th to 12th round. I used 4 different kids of ammo. rem 185 fjm, some hand reloads, Fed hydroshock, some hornady jhp, and a few others. They all did the same thing. sometimes it wouldnt go all they way...
I have a couple 8 round mags for my colt commander. and Im not talking about the ones that stick out the bottom. im talking flush bottom, 8 round mags. I only carry 7 +1 so that I can unchamber and pop that +1 in the mag if I ever wanted to, like when I get home and dont want a locked and loaded...
I know alot of people who dont carry +1. most of which are people who have just got their CHL and dont trust thenselves to cary a loaded firearm. Thye are still scared of it. I carry 100% of the time and its locked and loaded. the nonly time I take out that +1 is at home where my 3 kids are. I...

Im heading out to mardi gras for the weekend but when I get back Im going to go back to Dicks and grab one for my other mossy. If you think you want one PM me. there was only 2 on the shelf for mossberg, and 2 for Rem.
Yea man, I'm am 100% positive. No question about it. I have one, and I held the one at dicks in my hands. I was going to go back and pick one up for my Mossberg 500 20 gauge just because they are there in stock and so cheap. I knew I should have snapped a pic with my cell
seriously dude???? :banghead:
its a fact they didnt make these when you were a kid too. I guess if your dad, or who ever gave you a 12 gauge as a kid, gave you one with one on it you would take it off and go back to the wood stock because it kicks more huh?
yea man, they make an adapter for...
yea its the recoil reducing version with forend.
Well now my shoulder isnt to sore to through ninja stars at you. :neener:
They do make the same thing in a hunter version for you non ninja types that dont like the full recoil of a 12 gauge pump. they really do work great. My 11 & 13 y/o...
I love these recoil reducing stocks and I got one for my Mossberg 500 12 gauge. I saw them on blackhawks site for $134.99. Well I found them on the shelf at "Dicks Sporting Goods" for $69.99 with the forend. They only had them for Mossberg and Remington. I paid $90 for mine through my FFL but I...
