Sig 1911's seem get a lot of mixed responses regarding their quality. If you have experience with a Sig 1911 let us know if it was/is good or bad. Newer model or older, good or bad. What exactly constitutes a newer model? Is there a point at which quality improved or are they still poor?

In a recent thread someone mentioned 9mm being referred to as 9m/m in a historical context. Particularly, Browning references were cited. Polishing 9mm brass today I found a slightly different colored case, more of a reddish copper. Looked at the headstamp and it is W.R.A. Co. 9m/m Luger.:D
