I have found that flash holes are all over the place as far as diameter goes. It is a very easy fix with an RCBS case prep center. Often this is taking a fair amount of material out to make a uniform flash hole. It is quick and easy with power tools. MulticalinMO

My solution: Buy the 50 pack of decapping replacement pins from RCBS! I break one every couple of hundred as some of the crimps are Really Crimped on there. You could have also bent the part that holds the decapping pin. Do check the alignment to see if the shaft is EXACTLY in the middle...

Compare your COAL and the factory ones that did not have any problems. I'll venture a guess that yours were a bit longer. Also check to see if you did not remove the expansion so the projectile would go in easier. You may need to crimp a bit more, but it is hard to tell without seeing them.

I use reloader 7 for all of the 7.62x39 loading. Don't have a chrono but about 5% below max was a very snappy load and quite accurate (For an AK anyway).
