    Got my Kahr CW40 back

Well, about a month ago, I bought a Kahr CW40. I had some problems with it, including magazines that would drop out and a failure to return to battery. I called Kahr, and they called me back in about a day to provide an RA. I shipped the weapon to them and then called to ask about how long it...

    Reflections?

Yeah, that's kinda how I figured it. The noise is going to make me MUCH more noticeable than the glint of moonlight off metal! ;) I think many of the guys who say this (and I've heard it from quite a few!) have been watching "Navy Seals" too many times or something...

    Reflections?

OK, I've heard this from a couple of people.... "I don't like the stainless steel two-tone look because I don't want reflections." Just curious... do these people think they are going to be creeping around stealthily behind enemy lines, or is there a legitimate concern here? Personally...

in the market for .22 auto loader, any suggestions?

I have a Beretta U22 Neos. It is extremely accurate, easy to use, and a snap to strip and clean. I use it, my sons LOVE to shoot it, and soon my wife will be shooting it (but she doesn't know that yet!) :)

Why the lack of love for the .40?

The .40 was the first auto I ever shot in any significant quantity. I have an H&K Compact 40 that I really like to shoot, and so I decided to get the Kahr CW40 as a CCW choice, simply so I didn't have to keep ammo of another caliber on hand. All in all, I like the performance. Since I don't...

Anyone else had problem with a Kahr CW40?

Thanks. Yes, I bought it new. I have put 150 rounds through it so far. I intend to have someone else shoot it, as well. And I'm DEFINITELY using FMJ... I'm waaaaaaaaaaaaayy to cheap to be putting HP through it just for early practice! :) I'll go have a look at Glock talk as well...

Anyone else had problem with a Kahr CW40?

Hi everyone, Just got a Kahr CW40 last week. As I mentioned in another thread, it has a couple of problems. First of all, the thing will often not go back into battery. By often, I mean about once in 10 shots. I MAY be "limp wristing" it, since this is my first subcompact, but I don't...

Trigger reach on a Kahr CW45.

I have a CW40, and I agree with Earl. Long trigger pull, but not bad--just different. My biggest gripes are: 1) Assembly/disassembly much more... inconvenient... than I'm used to with my other pistols. 2) Magazine falls out quite often. I understand that's a known problem that can be...
