Well, about a month ago, I bought a Kahr CW40. I had some problems with it, including magazines that would drop out and a failure to return to battery. I called Kahr, and they called me back in about a day to provide an RA. I shipped the weapon to them and then called to ask about how long it would take. I was told it would be 3-4 weeks. Imagine my surprise when they called less than TWO weeks later to say the weapon was already on its way back.
So what did they do? They replaced the magazine catch, polished the feed ramp, and replaced the recoil spring. I'm happy to report that the weapon now works like a champ. Before, the magazine would drop about once every couple of loads, and the slide would fail to return to battery about one shot in ten. After the work, the mag never dropped once, and I didn't have a single FTF out of 50 rounds fired--much better.
I have to say that I was very pleased by Kahr's customer service. They took care of the problem quickly and easily--piece of cake all around.
