My bet is as others said in the indexing of the gas block and alignment of the gas tube, i have seen this case on other forums and it has just about always been the issue. the gas port hole in the block must align with gas port hole in the barrel enough to get enough gas to cycle.

Wow some really interesting information here. Thanks!. Had no idea the lead was in the primers . So some real care needs to taken in cleaning primer pockets and removing primers as well.
So what cleaning method would be the best for limiting the amount of exposure ?
traditional corn cob/walnut...
I read that lead dust is a concern and care should be used when tumbling and using the media separator when cleaning brass.
I can see how that could be a issue is shooting non jacketed lead bullets but if they are jacketed is that really a concern ?
I ask cause i have kids and i don't want...
Congrats you got a keeper.
For the price thats a good choice . you can pay more for better materials and quality but they pretty much all shoot the same. in the the $650 range they are pretty much all the same. Not sure how S&W are able to produce pretty decent ARs for that price i see tons of...
i have a set of 2 RCBS dies but have been considering the LEE delux 3 die set.
but reading it says with the collet neck sizing die you get more accuracy but harder to chamber which may be fine with bolt actions but i am left wondering how about semi autos?
I shoot a browning BAR .300wm...

so is this thing a .32 long or short sorry for all the questions but i have no ideal on this thing
i got a older iver johnson.32 S&W that was designed using black powder loaded cartridges.
can lower pressure or black powder loaded ammo be found commercially for it
since i don't reload, is there any collectors value for it cause if it cost too much to shoot i'm going to trade it off...
look for a good deal in the classifieds right now here there is a COLT sporter 2 AR15 (a real Ar15 not a clone) for $795

mailnly durability,

basically which is the better of the 2
whats gonna handle turkish surplus ammo the best (i heard that can be hard on the rifling ) and hold its accuracy enough to hunt deer with using hunting ammo.

he took it out to hunt this year and it has some ejection and feed issues nothing serious
I'm thinking a real cleaning should solve the issue so if we remove the...
