Almost every time I bring out my Bond 4.25" .357 at the indoor range, people gravitate cuz of the boom/ muzzle flash. I usually let anyone who wants to try it. So far I have sold about 4 of them for Bond. They should give me a holster or something. :)

Thanks RC! That was a wonderful analogy. So, is it safe to say that all guns should have snap caps if they are gonna be dry fired? I know there's always exceptions, just in overall theory.

Hi Everyone, Sorry for the rookie question, but why is dry firing on an empty chamber bad? Does it put too much stress on the firing pin? Rimfire is pretty obvious, but what about centerfire? Thanks, Jeff

I can't really carry it in MD, as it is damn near impossible to get a CCL. It is a blast at the range... especially with the .357 barrel. I think it kicks worse than 3" .410 slugs!! And when I say blast... I mean literally... :)
