Let me get this straight.....when they do a background check don't they include the gun type, serial etc......so in effect your gun purchase info is "registered" isn't it?
I have both the CZ75 (Omega) and the XDm 9mm....for me its easy, the CZ is the most accurate auto I own (out of 10). The XDm is a nice gun but if I had to choose I'd go with the CZ.
I also have a CZ P01 and while its a great gun the 75 is still the one.
I shoot trap with my Home defense Remmy 870 20 incher with a TURKEY CHOKE and do quite well. The trap guys give my black gun the once over but it shoots just as well as my Mossy full size.
Just be sure you pattern your gun before shooting trap.
Cabela's has a special on this gun for $559.

Looking to scope my converted Saiga AK (.223).
Interested in range shooting 100-300 yds, not so much for hunting.

I learned to shoot a 22 rifle in the boy scouts when i was 12.....that was 44 yrs ago.
From then till 2 yrs ago i shot a shotgun once at a gun club. Then I got back into shooting sports for the first time 2 yrs ago and went from 0 guns to 14.
I can still remember the old boy scout range...
Mine has "seen" all my guns at one point ....except my AK....but she thinks I have 4 -5fewer than I do. She has never seen them all at once in 1 place.
Kinda "hiding" kinda not
Let me try this another way....
I am interested in an affordable (under $1,000) AK/AR .223 for which I would add a scope and would hope to be accurate at 200-300 yds. Mainly for target shooting and HD if I ever needed it.
hope I can explain this ......my 6 month gun was working perfectly (!) and is the most accurate gun I have out of 7 auto's.
It is about 6 months old and has ~300 rounds through it. I took it to the range and after the first 3 shots fired I went to pull the trigger and nothing.... it would not...
