Cabela's has herters rifle ammo on sale in .303 british brass Would this be good brass to reload?

I'm still messing with this rifle and have little time, money, or gun knowledge. Does anyone know of a mount that can be found at cabelas or something that will fit this rifle. .303 No4 mk1 m47c. Preferably those three screw holes (The mount that is on it is kinda messed up)
