Happy Friday all!
I am making this post to reach out to other owners of new gen Colt Python revolvers, I have had mine for roughly a month now and have taken it on a couple trips to the range. Honestly I couldn't be happier with the revolver, it looks great, feels well machined as it can get...
Specifically the "common" calibers seen in the USA.
In my opinion, I feel like 9mm would be the #1 caliber that isn't going anywhere, any time soon. Along with 9mm, I'd also throw in .357 mag, .40 S&W, .45 ACP, .38 Spl, and .380 ACP.
I feel that calibers like .25 ACP and .32 ACP have the...
I bought this Colt Python new for $750 in March of 1993 from Code 3 Equipment Inc. when I lived in Portland, Oregon. It's my understanding that Colt discontinued the Python in 1990 so maybe this was new old stock purchased from Colt directly or another dealer, but $750 was a lot of money for me...

My favorite revolver...
Howdy all, I'm new here and new to reloading. I have a 1873 sharps 45/70, a 10mm, and a .357 mag and all of those are expensive rounds, so I want to learn how to roll my own.
First off, any general advice on equipment? I am a broke college student so I'll probably go with Lee brand but is there...
Okay, here is the story, if you don't want to read it, skip to the next paragraph. ;)
I was helping a friend reload some .357 mag yesterday, and it has been a while since either of us had done it. We both remember the basics, but we have forgotten some of the tricks we use. I'm sure some of you...
Hi all,
I'm using a new combination of powder and bullets for my .357 Magnum. I want some load recommendations for the combination of Sierra 125 gr JSP and Accurate Arms #9 powder. My Sierra manual shows a range of 15.5 gr to 17.9 gr for AA#9 and 125 gr bullets. However, when I look at the...
