Has anybody ever thought about modifying a 10/22 for say, 25 auto or even 32s&w? In my eyes the possibility is there in the chance you shoot out your barrel (highly unlikely i know) but just a thiught none the less. Ok look my states in quarentine and its crazy talk i know. Dont judge lmao

Hello all. I recently purchased a sling for my 10/22 sporter walnut stock. Problem is- It’s 1.25” webbing and the factory sling mounts won’t accept that as they are too small. Would bigger sling studs crack my stock when threading into the wood?
