So: No loading lever or plunger. No hammer and from the empty screw holes no trigger no bolt probably no hand and none of the springs. Check for a manufacture mark. Google Italian proof marks and you may find who the manufacture was.
 
VTI might have parts for it.

It's worth asking and VTI shows ASM parts. VTI has a check stock button but my latest quest for ASM parts for an 1860 show they have few of them left. They may have more ASM parts for the lesser known models though.

Looks a lot like my old brass framed 44 caliber 'Navy' that I bought way back in 1968. Of course the 1851 Navy was never made in 44 caliber, but I didn't know that back then.

This is the Uberti trademark stamped onto the frame. It represents the muzzle of the 1851 Navy with a U inside for Uberti.
