I am a big fan of the 22wmr. I always thought the 22wmr is what the 22lr should have been. In any case...I have received the wife's blessing to acquire a 22wmr rifle for a Valentines gift. Because of the population explosion around here, I hardly hunt anymore. I do however still target shoot reguarly, for exercie, fun , and to spend time doing it with my son.
I am going to look for a 10/22 WMR or buy a Henry 22WMR lever gun. Both are high on the fun meter.
I like the 10/22 WMR for the ability to load it with an extra magazine rather than stopping to pull the feed tube on the Henry.
I like the Henry for the lever action.
Yes I know there are other choices out there.
Yes I know neither choice is the most accurate WMR gun out there.
I want to know which would be the most accurate and/or fun of the two I have proposed only?
