I have always thought that the AMT hardballer (seen in terminator w/ monstrous laser sight) was the baddest pistol i had ever seen growing up.

The M41A Pulse Rifle from Aliens was also in that category. Now that I know they are basiclly a Thompson machine gun with an underslung Remington 870 it makes me want one even more. The SmartGun (German MG42) with the mount to accompany it wouldnt dissappoint me either if I had found it under my Christmas Tree. Fictional I know, but how can you say they arent manly? They were created to be awesome.

I don't see the HK G3 on that list. Too bad, cause the German ex-army ones are perfect examples of what a mans gun should be like.

Which is an atrocity, it should have beat out the AK and AR. As far as Military rifles go the 1904 Springfield should have been in the top 3 as well. Guess they are to obscure for a 'modern list'.

They have a lot of folks that swear by the current crop of big bore revolvers (460, 454, 44 mag and .500) that are made out of some modern styrofoam.

Many claim that they can shoot a push-pin thrown in the air at 100 yard while clenching the gun in their butt cheeks using the reflection on a tarnished chunk of spend brass to aim when they are doing Ty-Bo in the bed of the Monster Truck "Grave Digger" crushing cars while under heavy attack from some Taliban that took a wrong turn, all the while eating a hot dog with sauerkraut and not spilling any.

Those guys would make a Lady Smith with pink grips manly.
