I'm trying to load 147gr bullets for my 30-06 for target shooting but I cant find any load data. Do I load as if there 150gr on the lower end of the chart.

I don't think you will be able to tell any difference in 147 and 150 gr bullets except if you're using the M80 bullets they aren't as accurate as the flat base bullets I've found.

"...as if there..." Where? They're, perhaps?
"...trying to load 147gr bullets for my 30-06..." They're made for .308/7.62NATO, but use 150 grain data and you'll be fine. Three grains won't matter.

As the others have already said, you can safely use the 150gr bullet data with a 147gr bullet. I agree those 3 grains mean nothing...
