$15 on Amazon for tan Mora

Great knife, great price. I pick one up at the local feed store occasionally because one can never have too many Moras. Decent all-purpose blade. I use a couple as kitchen cutters.

Despite likely having no use for it whatsoever, at that price, I may just have to grab one.

I have a few mora knives that I use for skinning . They come very sharp , but they don’t hold an edge long . They are easy to sharpen .

I run the Honey price-comparing app on my PC, and that's the lowest price point the Morakniv Store has had for the tan Companion in the past 120 days (it seems to be a price point that it hits off and on). :)

Just when I think I can't justify another Companion for "that empty drawer"...

This is about twice the price, but at $35 is still an expensive knife. IMO this Mora has a better blade design and a better sheath. It's worth the price difference to me. If you're looking for a Mora give this one a try.

You can't go wrong with Mora knives. You can abuse them, use them and loose them and then go buy another one at a great price.

The Honey app says that's also the lowest price point it has hit over the past 3 months... :)

I've thought (often) about getting the Kansbol -- but I have the Bushcraft Forest. As far as I can tell, they have very similar blade geometries. Other than a variation in grip, the big thing with the Kansbol seems to be the 90-degree cut on the spine. I'm not sure that difference is enough for me to go for the Kansbol... Although, I guess, if we needed compelling reasons, we wouldn't have as many knives as we do... :D

CAL Ranch store in Idaho Falls had red and blue companions for 9.99 last weekend. Ya'll may have to wash my mouth out with soap, but I just have enough of them here. Even at that low price.

I can empathize with this. They are such good deals that oftentimes I will walk away from a show with one I didn't need.

It's getting to where they are just randomly in drawers and ammo cans laying around.

Mind you, this is on top of all the other knives I already have.
Gotta cut things off somewhere... [/ducks tomatoes]
